Delete your account
You can delete your LBN account here without reinstalling the app. Verify your registered mobile number to continue.
Deletion removes your login, profile, uploaded photos/certificates and linked personal activity records. It is permanent and ends access to your bookings. Payment receipts without your profile/contact details are retained for up to seven years for accounting, then removed. Payment providers retain their own records. Deletion does not automatically refund payments. Isolated backups follow the operator's backup retention process.
